The First And Last

Thing In A Day

Explanation

This writing explains the first thing you should do when you wake up in the morning. You shall do the same thing as the last thing in the day, the last thing before you sleep.

The First And Last Thing In A Day

The first thing you shall do in the morning, immediately you wake up from sleep, is to bow down to God Almighty.

To bow down means that you kneel down, and bend your body forward, until your forehead touches the ground. That is one of the ways to worship God. Your forehead is the front of your face, the part above the eyes.

Next, stand up, and spread your two hands outward and upwards, as raising your hands to heaven. The children of God should often raise their hands to heaven, during prayer and spiritual battles, because the powers of the Holy Spirit come from heaven. Holy Moses was frequently using the practice of stretching his hands to heaven.

With your two hands raised up, turn round and say, “Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts.” Or, you can say, “The Lord Almighty is the Battle Axe!”

Repeat the whole exercise seven, 7, times.

And bow down to God.

Bowing down to God may be once (1), thrice (3 times), seven times (7 times), or sometimes twenty-one (21) times as the case may be.
